We are seeking a dynamic and motivated University Partnerships Manager to join our team in a permanent managerial or team lead capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and establishing collaborations with various university campuses. Your role will be pivotal in onboarding students to RozeeGPT, facilitating interview practice sessions, assisting with CV building, and matching students with job opportunities suitable for fresh graduates. Additionally, you will lead the Rozee team in organizing career fairs and on-campus activations in collaboration with partner campuses.

Key Responsibilities:  

Establish and Manage University Collaborations:

1. Identify and engage with universities and educational institutions to form strategic partnerships.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.

Plan and Lead On-Campus Activations:

• Organize and oversee Rozee’s participation in career fairs and on-campus events.
• Coordinate with partner campuses to plan and execute on-campus activations.
• Lead the Rozee or RozeeGPT team to ensure a strong presence at university events.

Student Onboarding:

• Drive initiatives to onboard students onto the RozeeGPT platform.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to demonstrate the benefits of RozeeGPT.
