Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Oversees branch operations, manages staff, ensures customer service excellence, and maintains a strong control environment. This includes compliance with regulations (e.g., SBP inspections) and financial discipline. Supports business partners to achieve organizational goals.

1. Ensure adherence to SBP policies and the Bank’s internal processes and procedures
2. Maintaining strong control environment
3. Monitoring of Branch GLs
4. Implementation of SBP Currency Management Strategy
5. To Optimize Branch Operations
6. Provide tools and reports Empower ROMs
7. Monitoring of Branch visits of ROM/AOM
8. Monitor ATM performance
9. To work for Enhancing Customer Service
10. Investigate and mitigate fraud to address control environment
11. Planning for staff succession
12. To enhance staff capabilities
13. To Conduct performance appraisals

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/ foreign university.
• Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience Preferably 06 years in the same role.
• Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 08, 2025.
