Relationship Manager - Priority Banking

  1. Ensure meeting of assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, and NTB targets assigned by management.
  2. Keep updated regarding the Bank’s products & services & essential regulatory requirements, and create awareness of product offerings to ETB Priority Banking Clients.
  3. Conduct rapid and proactive client calls daily to ensure positive fund movement out of existing client portfolio, and to onboard prospective new clients.
  4. Achieve continuous NTB Account onboarding, a month monthly with special emphasis/concentration on CASA-based growth, meeting the assigned KPIs.
  5. Ensure portfolio and business growth without compromising on Service Quality levels and maintaining zero-tolerance to Control and compliance issues.
  6. Provide a high level of customer service to priority banking customers and advise them on solutions to meet their financial needs and requirements.
  7. Remain up to date on emerging market social/economic/business trends to ascertain avenues/opportunities to augment the Branch’s portfolio/business volumes.
  8. Ensure that the Priority Center premises are maintained in a manner that adds value to the customer’s experience and also maintains the market reputation of the Bank.
  9. Ensure that the business relationships are in thorough compliance with the Bank’s Policies and Regulatory requirements regarding KYC/CDD completion.

MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER DYEING & FINISHING

This position formulates production plan for dyeing & finishing machines and oversees daily troubleshooting, coordination & monitoring of all operational & administrative matters. Adherence of Freeze plan, Machine efficacies’, and production targets. Solve troubleshooting in production regarding dyeing, finishing, scale-up, dyeing lab & lot making planning issues through better communications. Coordinate with PPC, Scheduling team, S&M, and Quality team to produce quality products within the timeline. Make sure EHS compliance, standard operating procedures & management directives in processing operations.

1. Processing Operations Execution of production plan according to Freeze plan through better resource planning, and technical support to team. Monitoring production control, improving machine production through controlled process dyeing profiles & finishing machines parameters Conduct daily quality product meetings to get product quality feedback regarding issues faced in production. Improve RFT, OTP, OEE with joint team efforts. Make sure EHS compliance on floor.

2. Processing Equipment OEE% Improve processing (Dyeing& finishing ) machines efficacies through better planning & monitoring daily production plan Make sure preventive maintenance of processing equipment is on time to control downtime in running production. Adherence of daily plan through IE team monitoring & make improvement plan with IE Team findings to improve OEE%.

3. Quality Management Monitoring the order's quality to ensure the adherence of quality standards & parameters on floor. Analysis of NCRs in process & product pointed out by the quality team, give direction & guidance to process team to produce a quality product.

4. Lean Implementation Management Collaborates with the lean implementation team to assess the accuracy by reviewing the current & future value stream mapping, analyzes both states to determine the gap and initiates the steps to bridge the gap & assign projects to the team for improvements.

Fabric Forecast Planner & Procurement:

  1. Take monthly forecast plans from concerned departments;
  2. Generate request for quotation (RFQ).
  3. Receive quotations from suppliers, evaluate vendors on different
  4. parameters including roll weight, roll length, packaging, etc., and prepare comparison sheets.
  5. Take follow-ups from the suppliers for on-time availability of raw
  6. Materials and notify the reporting head in case of delays or other issues.
  7. Maintain close liaison with the vendor by visiting the facility as
  8. per requirement and to timely identify and report quality issues
  9. during the production and/or once fabric is procured.
  10. Take follow-up from SCL to ensure timely availability/Receiving
  11. of the procured fabric; inquire about delays from suppliers on the
  12. Delivering and communicating to all concerns.

Vendor Relation Management & Payment Reconciliation:

  • Explore payment issues (if any) and share them with the reporting head for resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to reduce payment gaps
  • Maintain contacts and good relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Settles issues regarding quality, on-time delivery & weight of
  • Fabric to settle supplier account.

PO + LC Opening:

  1. Open codes for non-existing POs in collaboration with the IS team and ensure the accuracy of data input.
  2. Liaison with the corporate team for Letter of Credit issuance promptly.

  1. Receives information from demand cell and create suitable and cost efficient production schedules.
  2. Coordinate with production department for ensuring necessary compliance with the planner and timely shipments.
  3. Highlight delays and re-adjust schedules in consultation with reporting manager.
  4. Update schedules as per requirement changes and / or material delays after consultation with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Notify all internal customers on any delays and outages.
