Salesforce Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Leads a team of Salesforce Administrators/Developers, meeting in daily huddles and regular training/mentoring.
  2. Conducts performance evaluations for each team member multiple times throughout the year.
  3. Works closely with the Salesforce Architect and key business stakeholders to refine, plan, and prioritize work.
  4. Uses skills as a business analyst to understand work requirements and provide solutions.
  5. Works with the Salesforce Architect to as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
  6. Administers and oversees overall setup, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of all aspects of the Salesforce org.
  7. Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (Process Automation, Flow, Apex, Custom Objects, Reports, and Assignment Rules).
  8. Oversees change management, devops, and sandboxes
  9. Manages agile sprints, including daily standups, work distribution, and reviewing/completing sprints
  10. Facilitates and enhances documentation.

  2. 2+ years of Salesforce administration, design, development, etc.

Overall Scope:

  • Bachelor and/or Masters in business administration with specializing in sales and marketing
  • 3-5 year proven experience in leading sales teams
