We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company\s financial transactions, recording, and reporting. The candidate must have a strong background in using QuickBooks and Excel.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all financial transactions of the company and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial information.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments.
3. Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
4. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
5. Provide support for annual financial audits and tax returns.
6. Assist in developing budgets and forecasts for the company.
7. Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices and changes in accounting standards.
8. Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes and implement new policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel.
• Experience with other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
