- Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
- Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
- Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers, Provide support for VOIP telephone systems. Including softphones and PBX.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.
