Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering and analyzing user needs, market trends, and competitor insights.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track feature implementation.
  5. Support user testing and feedback collection to improve product usability.
  6. Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  7. Assist in product documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external users.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Project Management Officer

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Best practices of Project management and be able to guide Project managers.
  2. Conduct Audits upon and ongoing projects and prepare reports for management with corrective actions.
  3. Methodological support to the project managers
  4. Support at the project management level.
  5. Review of Current process and suggest improvements.
  6. Provision of templates for developed processes and KPIs.
  7. Research information/insights as required
  8. Monitor, develop, improve and implement program and project management standards, policies, procedures, KPIs, and templates
  9. Draft new and improve existing governance processes
  10. Onboard, coach, and train other IT Project Managers
  11. Support program/project owners and managers in the proper definition of new project charters including structuring the project, project plan, budge,t and resource plan
  12. Oversee the development of IT projects and ensure that project managers are carrying out their tasks efficiently
  13. Coordinate a project management team and delegate tasks
  14. Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working and in the overall execution of the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education is Masters in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Must be having Strong Grip on the Project management body of knowledge. 
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in PMO lead roles.
  • Candidates should have Hands-on experience with ISO 9001-2015, Leadership, CMMI, controlling things, Knowing, how to train people, Managing training, Good communication and negotiation skills, having strong knowledge of the Development of a Project management office in an organization, Critical thinking, Patience, Risk management, value addition in the organization, Cost management, make process in the organization.
  • Candidates should have exposure to Supportive, Controlling and Directive PMO. 
  • Candidates should have leadership abilities to lead project managers toward the success of projects. 
  • Candidates should have command on Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Stakeholder Management.
  • Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, etc.)
  • Keep a positive motivated & energetic attitude and help out other
  • Must be aware of ISO 9001 - 2015 and CMMI Level 2.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong ability to influence and motivate others, as well as work in teams
  • Certification in agile and/or classic methodology (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Amazon1/Shopify Store Manager to oversee and optimize our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on management to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

Store Management:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon and Shopify stores, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  2. Optimize the stores to enhance customer experience and maximize conversions.

Product Management:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with engaging descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies, including discounts, sales events, and campaigns.
  • Run and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon and social media ads to drive traffic and sales.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer reviews to identify trends and improve store performance.
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer acquisition costs.

Customer Relations:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally and promptly.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all store activities comply with Amazon and Shopify policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in platform guidelines and implement necessary adjustments.

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience managing Amazon and/or Shopify stores.
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and digital marketing.
  3. Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin panel, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
