Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and optimize deployment workflows. Additionally, the role will involve Azure DevOps project management, including dashboard creation, Agile project management, and resource utilization tracking. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, and cloud security best practices while also ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to enable seamless deployment and integration.
  2. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  3. Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Virtual Machines.
  4. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
  5. Ensure security and compliance of DevOps practices by integrating Azure Security Center, Key Vault, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  6. Develop and maintain scripts for automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  7. Work closely with development teams to support application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  8. Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secure coding, vulnerability assessments, and compliance automation.
  9. Optimize cost management and performance of cloud infrastructure.
  10. Troubleshoot issues related to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments.

Azure DevOps Project Management:

  • Set up and manage Azure DevOps dashboards for real-time project tracking and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain work items, sprints, and backlogs in Azure Boards for Agile project management.
  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards to track project progress, deployments, and team performance.
  • Manage Azure DevOps repositories (Git), branch policies, and version control workflows.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams using Azure DevOps features.
  • Automate notifications and workflow approvals to streamline change management.
  • Implement best practices for project governance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud automation, and Agile project management.
  3. Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure DevOps, AKS, Virtual Machines, App Services, and Networking.
  4. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  5. Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  6. Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  7. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, managing sprints, backlogs, and iterations in Azure Boards.

  9. Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  10. Strong understanding of security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, and secrets management.
  11. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience with GitOps practices and tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts in Azure (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways).
