Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Architect with a strong background in techno-functional role, particularly in the fintech industry, who will be responsible for design and implementation of various PSW Fintech initiatives. As a key member of our team, he/she will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions. Experience with digital wallet solutions, payment platforms, payment reconciliations and SSL switch integrations is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to fintech solutions, including digital wallets, payment platforms, payment reconciliations and SSL switch integrations.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, for various fintech components.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  4. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to assess the viability of proposed fintech solutions.
  5. Create detailed documentation, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows, to support the development and implementation of fintech solutions. Participate in the design and development of fintech features, providing input on architecture, data models, and system integrations. 
  6. Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature development and ensure alignment with overall product roadmap for fintech initiatives. ·
  7. Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems within the fintech domain. · Support testing efforts by providing guidance on test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria for fintech solutions.
  8. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to fintech solutions during development and post-implementation phases.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fintech technologies, including digital wallets, payment platforms, and SSL switch integrations.

Qualification, Experience & Technical Skills:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • At least 9 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on fintech and payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, including digital wallets, payment platforms, payment reconciliations and SSL switch integrations.
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. 
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the fintech domain.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality fintech solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used in fintech solutions, such as mobile app development frameworks, payment APIs, and security protocols.
