We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR administration.HR Officer responsibilities will span across various HR activities, contributing to the overall success of the company's workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd.

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.
  14. Any other duties assigned by HOD

  • Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration (HR)

PureLogics is looking for a Classic ASP Developer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Classic ASP (VBScript)
  2. Strong understanding of legacy ASP architecture, and server-side scripting using VBScript.
  3. Experience with managing and debugging existing ASP codebases.
  4. HTML/CSS:
  5. Proficiency in writing clean, semantic HTML for web applications.
  6. Understanding of CSS for layout, design, and responsive development.
  7. JavaScript & jQuery:
  8. Proficient in client-side scripting with JavaScript.
  9. Strong knowledge of jQuery for DOM manipulation, AJAX requests, and form validation.
  10. BONUS (nice to have):     Microsoft SQL Server:
  11. Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  12. Knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and indexing.
  13. BONUS (nice to have):     RESTful APIs:
  14. Understanding of REST principles, handling API requests, and managing HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
  15. Experience in consuming and integrating third-party APIs in Classic ASP.

Additional Experience & Tools:

  • AJAX: Proficiency in using AJAX to enhance user experience with dynamic data loads.
  • Bootstrap: Proficiency in using Bootstrap to create responsive, mobile-first web interfaces with consistent styling and layout across various devices.
  • JSON: Familiarity with JSON for API data exchange.
  • Debugging/Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills in identifying bugs within Classic ASP applications.
  • Source Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of securing Classic ASP applications, including SQL injection prevention and proper error handling.

Preferred Experience:

We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in developing and maintaining:

Ecommerce Platforms: 

Familiarity with building or managing online stores, payment gateways, product catalogs, and user account management.

Reporting Systems:

Experience in creating or managing reporting solutions, including generating individual reports for users and business-wide analytics through CRM platforms.

Development Processes:

  1. Ability to work with a ticketing system for task assignment and reporting.
  2. Possess an understanding that a reasonable amount of testing should be performed by the developer (more than “happy path”) to ensure that basic errors/bugs are identified and rectified IMMEDIATELY (this is the most cost-effective).  Developers are NOT expected to be full blown Quality Control (QC) personnel but should do a reasonable minimal amount of “trying to break it” testing.
  3. Comfortable following in-house development procedures, including:
  4. Use of in-house code libraries and best practices.
  5. Working within the established workflow (code reviews, version control, deployment processes).
  6. Must be available during United States time zones.

Training & Support:

  • Ability to absorb and adapt to product-specific training and processes.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with the internal team and adherence to the defined workflows.
