We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.
  14. Any other duties assigned by HOD

Cyber Security Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Cyber Security Analyst with one year of hands-on experience in cybersecurity and exposure to security tools. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and practical knowledge of tools used in threat detection, prevention, and response, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST).

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in monitoring, identifying, and analyzing potential security threats and vulnerabilities across systems.
  2. Perform daily security checks, audits, and vulnerability assessments, including SAST and DAST processes.
  3. Contribute to incident response efforts, triaging alerts and coordinating with senior team members on security investigations.
  4. Support the configuration and management of security tools (such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEMs, antivirus solutions, endpoint security software, and SAST/DAST tools).
  5. Participate in security awareness training sessions and provide technical support for internal users.
  6. Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in a cybersecurity role.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, such as the CIA triad, threat vectors, and attack techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEMs like Splunk or Wazuh, antivirus solutions, firewalls, vulnerability scanners, or SAST/DAST tools).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of operating system security (Windows, Linux) and basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in security tools such as Wazuh, Nessus, Snort, Wireshark, or SAST/DAST solutions.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Awareness of common cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
