Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering and analyzing user needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
  2. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features and enhancements.
  3. Help in drafting and refining product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track feature implementation.
  5. Support user testing and feedback collection to improve product usability.
  6. Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  7. Assist in product documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external users.

Requirements:

  • Interest in software products and technology trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and drive decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Project Management Officer

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Best practices of Project management and be able to guide Project managers.
  2. Conduct Audits upon and ongoing projects and prepare reports for management with corrective actions.
  3. Methodological support to the project managers
  4. Support at the project management level.
  5. Review of Current process and suggest improvements.
  6. Provision of templates for developed processes and KPIs.
  7. Research information/insights as required
  8. Monitor, develop, improve and implement program and project management standards, policies, procedures, KPIs, and templates
  9. Draft new and improve existing governance processes
  10. Onboard, coach, and train other IT Project Managers
  11. Support program/project owners and managers in the proper definition of new project charters including structuring the project, project plan, budge,t and resource plan
  12. Oversee the development of IT projects and ensure that project managers are carrying out their tasks efficiently
  13. Coordinate a project management team and delegate tasks
  14. Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working and in the overall execution of the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education is Masters in Project Management or equivalent.
  • Must be having Strong Grip on the Project management body of knowledge. 
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working in PMO lead roles.
  • Candidates should have Hands-on experience with ISO 9001-2015, Leadership, CMMI, controlling things, Knowing, how to train people, Managing training, Good communication and negotiation skills, having strong knowledge of the Development of a Project management office in an organization, Critical thinking, Patience, Risk management, value addition in the organization, Cost management, make process in the organization.
  • Candidates should have exposure to Supportive, Controlling and Directive PMO. 
  • Candidates should have leadership abilities to lead project managers toward the success of projects. 
  • Candidates should have command on Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Stakeholder Management.
  • Project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Critical Chain Project Management, etc.)
  • Keep a positive motivated & energetic attitude and help out other
  • Must be aware of ISO 9001 - 2015 and CMMI Level 2.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with DBA expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing scalable, reliable data pipelines and architectures to ensure seamless data flow and availability for business decision-making. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that data solutions meet the company's current and future needs.

Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming large datasets.

Database Management:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize database architectures, including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and tune SQL queries for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all database systems through regular maintenance and performance checks.

Data Integration:

  • Integrate data from various sources (APIs, flat files, streaming, etc.) to create a unified and efficient data ecosystem.
  • Automate database backup, restoration, and recovery operations to ensure data availability.

Data Warehousing:

  • Develop and maintain data warehouse solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs.

Data Quality & Governance:

  • Implement data governance policies to manage data security, privacy, and compliance across all systems.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

Automation & Optimization:

  • Automate manual processes for data extraction and transformation, and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Implement database replication, archiving, and table partitioning strategies to enhance performance and manageability.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation on data architectures, data flows, database configurations, and system processes.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Identify and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks, providing technical support to application developers and users as needed.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Data Engineer with DBA expertise, including hands-on experience in building and managing ETL processes and data pipelines.
  2. Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
  3. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data storage and processing.
  4. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Tableau.
  5. Proficient in SQL, R, Python, and other data-processing languages.
  6. Strong knowledge of database management, including relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  7. Familiarity with database backup and recovery strategies, security practices, and compliance regulations.
  8. DB replications, archiving, table partitioning, RDS, Unix, and DBMS
