We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR administration.HR Officer responsibilities will span across various HR activities, contributing to the overall success of the company's workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.

  1. Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for installation and maintaining the number of databases required for development, testing, and production usage.
  2. Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.
  3. Works closely with system administrators for applications or tools in addition to the Oracle Databases.
  4. Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.
  5. Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases.
  6. Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.
  7. Evaluates releases of Oracle and its tools, and performs planning along with the application developers and System administrators, to ensure that release upgrade takes place with minimal impact.
  8. Enforces and maintains database constraints to ensure the integrity of the database.
  9. Create new database users as required. Administers all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages, and procedures.
  10. Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects. Regular monitoring of systems tunes the databases to achieve optimal performance.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Candidate having Proven experience of Managing Large Scale databases in a Production Environment in Oracle 10g,11g,12c-
  • Hands-on experience of managing Exadata and experience of Configuration / Troubleshooting and Administration of Oracle Database with RAC and Dataguard™  with Oracle Enterprise Linux.
  • Strong database administration Skills including installation, patching HA, backup and recovery etc.
  • Strong skills in RMAN, data pump, Export/Import, and Hot/Cold Backup. Strong skills in database Performance Tuning.
  • Knowledge and experience of Linux administration.
  • Good Working Knowledge of SAN.
  • Professional working experience Oracle 11g, 12C.
  • Partitioning, Oracle In-Memory, Oracle Active Data Guard

Other desirable skills:

  1. Oracle Certification.
  2. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
  3. Ability to work in a team environment & learn new technologies.
  4. Experience in looking after 24×7 environments.
  5. Be able & available to work on Production issues after hours or on weekends.
  6. Experience in working under a production support & pressured environment. Troubleshooting, problem-solving and able to drive issues to resolution.
  7. Experience in performing health checks of database systems.
