We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our existing online stores on platforms like Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and boosting sales through cross-platform marketing campaigns. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of managing stores for art, handmade products, or similar niches.
Responsibilities:
Store Management:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of online stores on Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Update product listings with engaging descriptions, optimized keywords, and high-quality visuals.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure pricing accuracy, and handle promotional strategies across marketplaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Regularly review and analyze store metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.
Cross-Platform Marketing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Design and manage paid ad campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and sponsored posts.
- Create compelling content such as posts, reels, and videos to promote products and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and enhance brand image.
- Implement retargeting strategies and promotional offers to convert prospects into customers.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for growth.
Brand Development:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketplaces and marketing channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the art and handmade product niche to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
- Engage with customers and build a loyal community through social media and email campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce stores on Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in running successful marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, marketplace algorithms, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
