We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our existing online stores on platforms like Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on driving traffic, increasing conversions, and boosting sales through cross-platform marketing campaigns. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of managing stores for art, handmade products, or similar niches.

Responsibilities:

Store Management:

  1. Monitor and optimize the performance of online stores on Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, and other platforms.
  2. Update product listings with engaging descriptions, optimized keywords, and high-quality visuals.
  3. Manage inventory levels, ensure pricing accuracy, and handle promotional strategies across marketplaces.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
  5. Regularly review and analyze store metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements.

Cross-Platform Marketing:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.
  • Design and manage paid ad campaigns, including PPC, social media ads, and sponsored posts.
  • Create compelling content such as posts, reels, and videos to promote products and engage the target audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for growth.

Brand Development:

  • Engage with customers and build a loyal community through social media and email campaigns.

Required Skills:

  1. Proven experience managing e-commerce stores on Etsy, TikTok, Shopify, or similar platforms.
