We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR administration.HR Officer responsibilities will span across various HR activities, contributing to the overall success of the company's workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.

Seeking an experienced Professional with Food/Chemical Engineering, BS/MBA Chemistry/Dairy Technology having 2 to 3 years of experience in food manufacturing/FMCG, Preferably in Powder Plant Operations.

The position requires good understanding of ISO procedures, Halal and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices and comprehensive documentation.

Duty: In shifts

This position is responsible to:

Manage shift manpower to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets related to both quality and quantity.

  1. Oversee the preparation of shift production reports, worker attendance, and ensure timely material supply from stores.
  2. Monitor product losses and lab results, instruct operators accordingly, and ensure separate storage of different product grades.
  3. Ensure proper functioning of weighing scales, process equipment, and maintenance, while maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  4. Coordinate with the Shift Chemist to address in-process non-conformances and liaise with the Shift Engineer for plant operations during load shedding.
  5. Ensure the use of PPEs across all areas and ensure that all technical tasks are performed with the appropriate work permits.
  6. Have expertise in raw material analysis, product quality analysis, quality assurance principles, and ensuring compliance with CIP (Cleaning in Place) and COP (Cleaning Out of Place) procedures.
