We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Admin Officer to join our team. The Junior Admin Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations.
  2. Manage and organize documents, records, and files for easy retrieval.
  3. Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and provide necessary support.
  5. Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
  6. Support facilities management by overseeing office maintenance and addressing related issues.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and special projects.
  9. Perform data entry tasks accurately to update and maintain records.
  10. Oversee the maintenance and security of all office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  11. Implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  12. Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate completion of tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve routine administrative challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Other details:

  • Rotational shift timings: Morning, Evening, and Night (Monday - Saturday).
