We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.

Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to manage, design, and optimize our data center routing, switches, and network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Huawei and Fortinet devices, A10 Thunder Server Load Balancer, and Juniper.

This role requires deep expertise in firewalls, network routing, VxLAN, security, WAF, and load balancing with a focus on performance, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Network & Security Devices Administration
  2. Administrate Data Center Core Network to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Design, deploy, configure, and administer enterprise network devices including Huawei & Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, WAFs, Load Balancers, and Routers.
  4. Configure and manage network security policies, VPNs (site-to-site & client), failover, and high-availability setups.
  5. Troubleshoot internal & external application connectivity issues and network-related incidents.
  6. Work with vendors for network upgrades, security patching, and troubleshooting critical issues.
  7. Advanced Network Engineering & Automation
  8. Configure and administer VxLAN for multi-tenant environments using manual configurations & automation scripts.
  9. Develop scripts for routine operational tasks (e.g., creating VRFs and bridge Domains).
  10. Administer and optimize routing protocols such as OSPF (underlay), BGP (overlay), and Internet BGP peering for redundancy.
  11. Deploy and manage Linux and Windows-based applications for network tools.
  12. Implement and maintain network management tools for change management and compliance tracking.
  13. Documentation & Best Practices
  14. Maintain network inventory, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  15. Stay updated with emerging trends & best practices in network security and cloud networking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Comfortable and proficient with working on new technologies with a significant learning curve.
  • Must have extensive hands-on experience working on CLI
  • Hands-on experience with Huawei Firewalls & Switches, Fortinet Firewalls & WAF, and A10 Thunder Load Balancer.
  • Expertise in routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, VxLAN).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN configurations, failover mechanisms, and high-availability setups.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise web application communication flows
  • Experience with automation (Python/Shell scripting) for network tasks.
  • Proficiency in network security monitoring and incident response.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle mission-critical environments.
  • Certifications (Preferred): HCIP/HCIE, NSE (Fortinet), CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Juniper & Avaya switches.
  • Familiarity with SIEM and other security solutions for security monitoring.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking & hybrid network environments.
