We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sr. Technical Project Manager/Technical Project Manager with a strong background in CS, Development & Data Analytics project execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex business challenges and a proven ability to lead technical teams of up to 10 people. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in project management, specifically within the tech or software development domain. 
2. In addition, must have 3 years of experience in handling Software Development & Data Analytics engagements.
3. Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is Plus.
4. Proven ability to manage and lead teams of up to 10 people.
5. A strong understanding of the ethical use of GenAI and a commitment to optimizing day-to-day work with GenAI, ensuring ethical practices are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Software Development & data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk management reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring transparency in project progress and addressing any roadblocks.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflows.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Actively contribute to process improvements within the project management domain.
• Go the extra mile and burn the midnight oil when necessary, especially for pre-sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

1. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
2. Strong Project Management Skills.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies. 
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
5. A goal-oriented mindset with a keen sense of responsibility for delivering results.
6. Inquisitive and business-focused, eager to understand the challenges faced by clients and how technology can address them.
7. Must obsess about new technology, constantly staying updated on the latest trends and innovations.

• 8 - 10 Years (Min 5 years of Sr. Technical Project Manager)
