We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

HR Intern

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from getting jobs from clients/vendors to placing candidates.
  2. Taking the requisition from the Account Manager /Recruitment Manager, client vendors, or MSPs. 
  3. Carefully analyzing the requirements as per client needs, the urgency of the position, and resource allocation.
  4. Blast the requirements on a pool of vendors and candidates searching from ATS by applying Boolean Search and getting exact matching candidates.
  5. Post the job on all available job portals, professional platforms, and social media-related available resources.
  6. Check for available candidates in the internal database & search various portals and reach out to them to seek their interests, availability, and skills as per the requirements.
  7. Contact the candidates over the phone or any other medium to get their consent for the position. 
  8. Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist the best possible matched candidates.
  9. Marketing the position to the candidates verifying their credentials, authenticity of the resume, negotiating the rates, and other market requirements from the client side.
  10. Getting candidates’ consent/RTR (Right to Represent) before submitting his/her resume to the client. 
  11. Coordinate the interviews for the client-selected candidates and ensure the candidate's availability.
  12. Coordinate with all the stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding of the candidates. 

Required Skills:

  • Min 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international/US-based organization)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems.
  • Hands-on experience of Job boards i.e;(Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Dice.)
  • Applying Boolean search on different Job boards and ATSs i.e.; (Sendouts, Ciepal, JobDiva, Manatal, CATS One, or Bull Horn.) 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
