We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruitment Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from getting jobs from clients/vendors to placing candidates.
- Taking the requisition from the Account Manager /Recruitment Manager, client vendors, or MSPs.
- Carefully analyzing the requirements as per client needs, the urgency of the position, and resource allocation.
- Blast the requirements on a pool of vendors and candidates searching from ATS by applying Boolean Search and getting exact matching candidates.
- Post the job on all available job portals, professional platforms, and social media-related available resources.
- Check for available candidates in the internal database & search various portals and reach out to them to seek their interests, availability, and skills as per the requirements.
- Contact the candidates over the phone or any other medium to get their consent for the position.
- Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist the best possible matched candidates.
- Marketing the position to the candidates verifying their credentials, authenticity of the resume, negotiating the rates, and other market requirements from the client side.
- Getting candidates’ consent/RTR (Right to Represent) before submitting his/her resume to the client.
- Coordinate the interviews for the client-selected candidates and ensure the candidate's availability.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding of the candidates.
Required Skills:
- Min 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international/US-based organization)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems.
- Hands-on experience of Job boards i.e;(Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Dice.)
- Applying Boolean search on different Job boards and ATSs i.e.; (Sendouts, Ciepal, JobDiva, Manatal, CATS One, or Bull Horn.)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Timings: 5 pm to 2 am
