We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR activities. Key Responsibilities:

1: Recruitment and On boarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

2: Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee relations issues.

3: Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement strategies.

4: Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
  • Support the development of employee skills through various learning and development initiatives.

5: HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

6: Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the ERP.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required by the management.

7: Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

8: Exit Management:

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR role.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in ERP and MS Office suite.
  6. Certifications in HR management will be an added advantage.

The HR Intern will support daily HR operations by managing records, updating employee data on the ERP system, assisting with onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. The incumbent will ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post, update, and ascertain employment records, and obtain documentation from the employees
  2. Maintaining a database of individuals.
  3. Processing of documentation for records and background checks.
  4. Assisting in the onboarding procedures.
  5. Assisting in maintaining employee records on ERP.
  6. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.
  8. Assisting in employee orientation.
  9. Assisting in Training and Development activities.
  10. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  11. Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  12. Planning and execution of employee engagement events.
  13. Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels including LinkedIn etc.
  14. Any other duties assigned by HOD

Qualification & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and domain and DNS management, ensuring seamless and secure server operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Server Management: Monitor, maintain, and manage all hosting servers and infrastructure.
  2. CPanel Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot CPanel to ensure effective hosting and domain operations.
  3. Domain & DNS Management: Manage domain registrations, renewals, and DNS configurations to ensure reliable domain resolution and service uptime.
  4. Security & Backups: Implement robust server security measures, perform regular system backups, and develop and maintain disaster recovery solutions.
  5. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  6. Performance Optimization: Optimize server performance and scalability to support business needs effectively.

  • Proven experience as a Server Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in managing CPanel and domain DNS settings.
  • Solid understanding of server hardware, storage solutions, and network protocols.
  • Experience with server monitoring tools and system optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and security practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
