Hiring Architectural Engineers for KSA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed designs
2. Develop architectural concepts, schematics, and detailed drawings using CAD software and other design tools
3. Conduct site inspections, analyze data, and prepare reports on building structures, materials, and systems
4. Ensure that all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and environmental sustainability guidelines
5. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient construction of projects
6. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
7. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that construction meets design specifications
8. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in architectural engineering to enhance design capabilities

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution
• 3-5 years of experience in architectural engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools such as Revit or SketchUp
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Relevant Certification will be preferred
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes and safety standards is preferred but not mandatory
