Job Descriptions:

  1. Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.
  2. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  3. Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude
  4. Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
  5. Responsible for interviewing all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
  6. Responsible for oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  7. Responsible for ensuring that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  8. Responsible for preparing all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
  9. Responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
  10. Responsible for helping the client to obtain Visas, Green cards, and other documentation required.
  11. Responsible for filing & processing the case for Canada, US, the UK, and Europe.
  12. Handling Client Interaction, and Customer Query in term of Queries related to Canada skill workers' Immigration & Visa Solutions.
  13. To answer the client's queries on the telephone
  14. Maintains customer records by updating application information
  15. To deal with the clients and guide them through the documentation process.
  16. To maintain clients' files and follow up from time to time.

Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent customer dealing, and fluent English communication skill.
  • 3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultants.
  • Must have excellent typing skills and be able to work on Microsoft Office
  • The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic
  • The nature of work will require handling customers from all over the country via calls, emails, and Web/What Sapp chat
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed
