  • Building reliable relationships with potential Clients and Companies.
  • Having the ability to work on a quality bid at Freelancing platforms.
  • Having excellent communication and negotiation skills and exceptional convincing power to attract and retain clients.
  • Having adequate knowledge of WordPress, Custom Website Development, Programming Languages, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and Content Writing would be a plus point.
  • Have relevant Experience of Data Validation tools, Mass Data Fetcher tools like Apollo.

An Animator is responsible for creating a series of. Their duties include working with creative professionals including storytellers, designers and voice actors to produce films, videos etc.

1. Animation Production: Create high-quality, visually appealing 2D or 3D animations using various software tools, following the project brief and storyboard. This may involve character animation, motion graphics, visual effects, or other animation techniques.

2. Storytelling and Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storylines for animations. Translate ideas into visual narratives that effectively communicate the desired message or story.

3. Animation Techniques: Utilize a range of animation techniques, such as keyframe animation, rigging, character animation, or particle effects, to bring static elements to life. Ensure smooth and fluid motion, timing, and attention to detail.

4. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar tools. Stay updated on industry-standard software and techniques to optimize the animation workflow

5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the creative team, including designers, illustrators, and video editors, to coordinate and integrate animations into larger projects. Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and provide progress updates.

6. Visual Effects and Compositing: Apply visual effects and compositing techniques to enhance animations and seamlessly integrate them with live-action footage or other visual elements.

7. Project Management: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, or clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

8. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and address technical or artistic challenges during the animation process. Seek creative solutions and troubleshoot issues to achieve the desired results.

  • Well-versed with scripts/tools along with PHP language like JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Blade, and GIT.

  • Expertise in other platforms such as WordPress is a plus.

  • Extensive hands-on experience of 2+ years in PHP Laravel.

  • Hands on experience in RESTful API design and development including implementation of oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute organic and paid inbound marketing campaigns to generate and drive a consistent flow of high-quality inbound leads into the B2B pipeline.
  • Create engaging content for various B2B channels, such as B2B eCommerce portals, blogs, social media, webinars, whitepapers, etc. SEO skills are huge bonus.
  • Use HubSpot CRM and other marketing platforms (FB Ads, Google Search Ads, etc) to track and report on campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to capture leads, give suggestions on improving user experience, and nurture B2B prospects through effective email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and with the RevOps and CRM Manager on a daily basis to discuss and improve ongoing progress and activities.
  • Analyze CRM and campaign data at a granular level and prepare performance reports to present during weekly meetings or as per adhoc requirements.

Skill-Set:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing inbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads and create brand awareness.
  • Experience of handling up to $30k per month in lead generation campaigns (Google Search Ads or Facebook/Instagram Ads) is good to have but not mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of different HubSpot modules and features. HubSpot inbound marketing OR inbound sales certification is a plus.
  • Diploma, Associate degree or Bachelors in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written) with a basic understanding of British and American dialects and vocabulary.
  • Advanced analytics and presentation skills are required, especially using Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Any design related skills with Photoshop or Canva is a bonus.
  • Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset with good understanding of B2B wholesale and distribution business.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with itnernal and cross-functional teams.
