Assistant to President

The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, managing expense reports, and administrative assistance.

  1. Efficiently manage the President's schedule, coordinating appointments, and meetings.
  2. Anticipate and prepare materials and information required for meetings and appointments.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the President.
  4. Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the President.
  5. Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  6. Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
  7. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
  8. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  10. Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the President.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks to support the overall success of CareCloud.

Requirements:

  • Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
  • Proficiency with managing expense reports and diary management
  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite

This is Onsite position with Eastern timings.

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive operational, client, KPIs, and bid proposal reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  2. Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Power Query.
  3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and analysis.
  5. Manage the lifecycle of analytical projects, from data collection through to visualization and end-user adoption.
  6. Continuously improve the reporting and analysis processes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies.
  7. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data Science, statistics, economics, or a related field or Data Analysis certification.
  • 0-2 years of experience specifically in data analysis / business intelligence. Projects will be required to evaluate the candidates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and visualize data, resulting in actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in automating processes using vba, python or similar technologies.
  2. Web Scrapping
