• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for selection.
• Must be able to identify sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Must be able to provide support in HR Operations.
• Must be able to manage Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must know MS Office.
• Must know ERP.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
