Enhance the business volumes of the branch across the relevant business segments (i.e., Liabilities, Cross-Sell of Consumer, Wealth, Digital products), thorough planning and achievement of annual sales targets/KPI\'s through a cohesive and efficient team model.
Ensure achievement of deposit growth objectives
Ensure that the branch's business is in thorough compliance with the Bank's and Regulators' regulations through regular review of the portfolio.
To establish regular liaison with the branch's customers to ascertain their needs and requirements and provide advice and support to customers in meeting their financial needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that staff operating within the branch obtain proper training in Islamic Banking, Relationship/Sales Management, Service Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Soft skills
