  13. Trains and provides guidance to team, provides general networking, computer, and other technology support as needed. Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities; provides special reports as requested by various departments.
  14. Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
