Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Designing of HLD/LLD Documents.
  2. Deployment of cloud core network elements.
  3. Software Installation and commissioning
  4. Integration of Network Elements
  5. Migration of Subscribers/traffic
  6. Patch Upgrade and Expansion of Existing Network elements
  7. Network KPI understanding
  8. Troubleshooting of Network issues.
  9. Provide technical training, technical guidance, and technical communication for on-site maintenance engineers and customer engineers.

Routine Actions:

  • Supporting projects of vIMS Core entities (Knowledge of P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and VoLTE.
  • Responsible for technical communication & clarification with the operator, providing relevant solutions with support team towards customer requirements.
