  1. Attend student walk-ins for information/guidance about IT courses and about Aptech
  2. Understand student requirements and suggest/communicate courses according to requirements
  3. Be up-to-date about industry and competition trends to better guide the students
  4. Familiarize students with product offerings and motivate them to get enrolled
  5. Follow up on old inquiries to motivate them to enroll and analyze the data of lost customers
  6. Analyze trends in enrolments
  7. Daily entry of enrollments on Aptrack
  8. Maintain the inquiry system
  9. Support SRO in fee collection and D/o recovery
  10. Respond to the queries like concerns of prospective students, parents, and information seekers efficiently and effectively
  11. Participate in events and activities
  12. Follow-up inquiry, record keeping, and portal entry
  13. Coordinate with various departments, staff members, and external stakeholders for various events
  14. Maintain the database of applicants and update the admission status of applicants on a regular basis on the inquiry system
  15. Portal Management
  16. Communicate relevant information to the Center Manager
  17. Perform other duties as and when required by the Management


Minimum graduate from a reputable university/InstituteAt least 2 years of experience in customer/student care

Must be presentable quality Focus, Problem-Solving, Documentation Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multitasking, Motivational Skills, Well Organized and team player, Good Communication, Target Oriented.
