Requirements:

The Role: 

Cooperative Computing is seeking an experienced SQL Database Administrator (DBA) responsible for the design, installation, administration, security, configuration, and maintenance of all firm databases. The Senior Database Administrator also oversees database analysis and reporting, documentation, performance tuning, and monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.

Capabilities:

  • 5 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
  • 3 years of experience with MY SQL Server Administration experience required
  • 5 years of experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
  • 5 years of experience with backups, restores and recovery models 
  • 5 years of experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
