Service Ambassador

This position is responsible for ensuring highest level of customer service. Service Ambassador will facilitate positive contact and communications between customers and bank staff and perform administrative duties for the branch and maintain congenial environment in the branch at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome all walk-in customers and direct them to the relevant bank staff if required.
  2. Address customer queries and provide general information on banking services and policies if required including guidance on how to fill deposit slips & other request forms.
  3. Get customer request forms signed, hand over to relevant officer for processing, keep track of the requests and get requests completed in defined turnaround time.
  4. Oversees and maintains waiting area, keeping it stocked with brochures, deposit slips, and other request forms.
  5. Maintain friendly interaction with the customers waiting to be served at the branch counters.
  6. Ensure efficient direction and management of customer traffic in the branch and ensure all the customers are served within defined service timelines.
  7. End to end customer complaints management as per defined guidelines.
  8. Ensure the branch remains above the acceptable level of service delivery ensuring timely delivery from both front end and operations staff and be creative/ innovative to improve the service delivery.
  9. Ensure digital (mobile app) registrations, lead generation & referral (as per assigned targets) to branch staff including consumer assets, deposits & Banc assurance.

Communications And Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Branches, District, Region, Cluster and staff from cross functional units of the bank
  • External: Walk-in customers both New/ Existing and Auditors

Customer Service Representative

A bank customer service representative is someone whose role is to provide information regarding the bank’s products and services to its customers. He/she is responsible for communicating with clients and assisting them, in person and over the phone, in financial transactions, service and meeting set-ups, and other tasks in response to the client\\\\\\\'s needs.

Job Requirements: 

  1. Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
  2. Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly 
  3. Improve customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay
  4. Ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with in the process of discharging duties
  5. Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances
  6. Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines
  7. Suggest effective ways through which the bank can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction
  8. Provide assistance to all other members of staff in other departments of the bank by liaising with them through healthy interactions
  9. Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
  10. Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
  11. Promote Team Work and prove to be an effective participant of the TEAM.
  12. Responsible for CIF amendment and Dormant activation.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Graduate in business related field (Masters or MBA will be preferable)  

Minimum Experience: 

  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience

  • Strong communication skills characterized by excellent writing and speaking skills

PC Support Engineer

This position will be responsible to manage and ensure all PC and system-related requests are responded to in a timely manner and that issues are resolved. The person responsible will troubleshoot, maintain, install, repair, and modify personal computer hardware and software.

Job Description:

  1. Improve system uptime by arranging periodic health checks and initiating requisitions for new systems or accessories in a timely manner.
  2. Responsible for building and configuring new hardware, as well as installing and updating software.
  3. Evaluate system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Manage the Change Management Process to ensure smooth transitions and updates.
  5. Repair personal computers, organization computers, and servers to keep systems operational.
  6. Create and maintain computer networks, running diagnostic programs to identify and resolve issues.
  7. Specialize in server and telecommunication repair, system administration, data recovery, programming, and information systems.
  8. Repair issues such as incorrect settings, viruses, and spyware, and replace faulty hardware or the entire operating system as necessary.

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in IT field)
  • Adequate knowledge of Hardware/Software and troubleshooting
  • Ability to develop a strong working relationship
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines

Required Experience:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience is required in the relevant field. Fresh candidates with an IT background or relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
