Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in scripting training content for Urdu voiceovers, ensuring accuracy and clarity in conveying learning materials.
  2. Convert pre-existing training presentations into engaging video content suitable for a learning management system (LMS).
  3. Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive training manuals, including tasks such as formatting, printing, and final documentation.
  4. Support day-to-day training operations, which may include organizing training sessions, coordinating material, and ensuring a smooth training process.
  5. collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative approaches to enhance training materials and methodologies.
  6. Assist in analyzing training needs and participate in the development of new training programs or initiatives.
  7. Engage in quality assurance processes to maintain the standard and effectiveness of training materials.
  8. communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders together with feedback and incorporate improvements into training content.
  9. Learn and utilize various tools and software for content creation, editing, and management within the training domain.
  10. Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned training and development tasks.

This position is for our manufacturing client at their Lahore office. Blue Star Mfg. is ISO Certified. We produce premium quality products. Duties:  

  1. Implement and administer procedures to enhance operations
  2. Receive, prioritize, process and identify incoming orders (via email, phone, fax etc.) according to the sales policy and customer requirements
  3. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  4. Manage volume of incoming phone calls
  5. Identify and assess customers’ needs and take care of their concerns.
  6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  9. Handle other administrative tasks in the office setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master with 2-3 years’ experience in the international e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent data entry skills with keen attention to detail
  • Customer service skills with a natural American English accent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, motivation and determination
  • The ability to work well as an individual and with the team
  • Capability to work under pressure and achieve the targets – must have

Timings: 6pm - 2.30am (Night Shift)

  1. Motivate and lead the sales and administrative teams to meet or exceed goals.

  3. Set and communicate clear expectations and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (16 Years) in business administration, sales, or a related field. Master's degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, administrative leadership, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing sales and administration.
