Technical Project Manager (AI)

PureLogics is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with experience designing and implementing AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs, translating them into AI-driven solutions.
  2. Design and architect comprehensive AI solutions leveraging various technologies like machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
  3. Evaluate and propose appropriate AI tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure for project implementation.
  4. Develop detailed requirements capturing roadmaps, technical specifications, system diagrams, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
  5. Estimate project timelines and map best-suited resources to the requisite needs.
  6. Manage and guide project teams, including data scientists, engineers, and developers.
  7. Develop and implement project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical complexities into understandable terms.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  10. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

  • Proven understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other relevant AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI development and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is mandatory.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive operational, client, KPIs, and bid proposal reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  2. Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Power Query.
  3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  4. Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and analysis.
  5. Manage the lifecycle of analytical projects, from data collection through to visualization and end-user adoption.
  6. Continuously improve the reporting and analysis processes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies.
  7. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data Science, statistics, economics, or a related field or Data Analysis certification.
  • 0-2 years of experience specifically in data analysis / business intelligence. Projects will be required to evaluate the candidates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and visualize data, resulting in actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in automating processes using vba, python or similar technologies.
  2. Web Scrapping
