About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically well-aware individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in executive support, be proficient in various technologies, and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing complex tasks. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities and also be able to work with someone handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and has experience in administration, reminders, email writing, and general management tasks. Experience in the BPO / Call Center Industry would be a huge plus point.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling conflicting priorities.
Email Correspondence: Compose and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timely responses.
Task Prioritization: Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines, ensuring that important matters are addressed promptly.
Reminders and Alerts: Set up reminders and notifications to keep the CEO informed about upcoming events, meetings, and deadlines.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for the CEO and occasionally for other executives or guests.
Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Document Management: Handle sensitive and confidential documents, including drafting reports and preparing presentations for the CEO.
Meeting Support: Provide support during meetings, including taking minutes, preparing meeting materials, and following up on action items.
Technology Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools relevant to executive support, and leverage them to enhance productivity.
