The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding, analyzing, and improving various aspects of our business operations.   14. Participate in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
