Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical communication & clarification with the operator, providing relevant solutions with support team towards customer requirements.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of IMS Core-related Projects.
  • Knowledge of Internet security framework like ISO 2000, Security Framework Compliance
  • Support according to project requirements based on different Time zone.
  • Ready to travel anywhere as per business needs

Preferred Experiences:

  1. Bachelor Degree in ECE/Computer Science (IT) / Computer Science/ or related fields.
  2. Extensive experience with SIP Call processing and SIP Supplementary Services
  3. In-depth understanding of Telecom Protocols and technologies like SIP, SDP, H.248,MGCP,DIAMETER etc
  4. Experience in TCP, IPSEC, IP protocols
  5. Great Conceptual understanding of IMS evolution and trends - IMS Subsystems, functionalities, and IMS SIP Services call flows.
  6. Working experience on IMS interworking entities (P/I/S-CSCF, HSS, SLF, TAS(ATS) BGCF, MGCF, MRFC, MRFP, AGW, IBCF) and interfaces.
  7. Knowledge of Session Border Controller, NAT, Firewall, Authentication Encryption, and L2 Layer switches (Routers/Switches).
  8. Installation and commissioning experience.
  9. HLD and LLD Designing experience is a plus.
  10. Cloud SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS basic knowledge.
  11. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal both.
