Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure Smooth Execution of Key Perfomance Areas of GID
  2. Achievement of all targets set by Management
  3. Coordination of all stakeholders for development of PPMs for new products
  4. Review of Policy/PPM of schemes under GID’s preview
  5. Coordination with all stakeholders for development of system for loan processing
  6. Coordination with all stakeholders for smooth execution of Governement Schemes
  7. Ensure all process are complaint with internal/ external policy
  8. Onboarding & Cordination with Physical Verications Agencies for expeditious disposal of verification reports
  9. Liaison with internal/external audit teams and manage end to end closure of audit Observations in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  10. Conduct Portfolio reviews to evaluate performance under Governement Schemes
  11. Periodic review of Mark up Subsidy and Credit Loss Coverage claims to ensure timely submission of claims for settlement of claims from Governemnt/SBP
  12. Capacity Building and Evaluation of Teams Performance
  13. Manpower planning for business execution team to optimize resource utilization
  14. Ensure that complaints are addressed in a timely manner
  15. Ensure accurate periodical internal / external reporting
  16. Quarterly Review of Profit and Loss account of Government Schemes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation from a HEC Recognized University/ Foreign University.
  • Experience: 10 years of banking experience with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 13, 2025.

  1. Develop partnerships with in new Digital growth markets (Payments, Lending, BAAS, EMIs, PSPs, Agri, Education, Health, Insurance, Gaming, etc.)
  2. Business development vis-à-vis latest banking technologies pertinent to Banking As A Service, API Banking, Embedded Finance, Mini-Apps, Payment Integrations, Digital Assets, AI & Automation.
  3. Lead an innovation center for the bank developing solutions around new problem statements.
  4. Co-creation of a digital eco-system with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.
  5. Capable of leading Digital Lending and Digital Supply Chain Financing products, business and have experience of digital lending platforms.
  6. Execute design thinking workshops to devise customer centric products and services
  7. Enable creation & usage of BOP accounts over 3rd party platforms and channels to enabling payments, disbursements, inward remittance, Billers and similar products.
  8. Develop and manage the team.
  9. Ensure robust documentation, Agreements, SLAs, Policies, Product papers, risk assessments etc.; as well as customer communication
  10. Ensure all activities remain compliant with the regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. An MBA/MSc will be a Plus
  • Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 06, 2025.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking/non- banking, telecommunications, IT  or Fintech experience with at least 2 years of experience in an executive/senior management position in a large local / global organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage & Exercise effective controls in the processing of general banking activities to ensure that Policies, Procedures, and Delivery standards are met, which ultimately should reflect in a satisfactory Audit Rating and acceptable level of customer satisfaction.

Control &Compliance:

1. Responsible for planning/Implementing control and compliance culture in branches
2. Proper implementation of SBP clean note policy to avoid penalties

Audit Rectification and Closure of Audit Reports:

Quality Services & Assurance:

13. Improve the quality of customer service and to ensure implementation of accountability of staff on the same
14. Ensure that a minimum no. of complaints is escalated in branches & prompt and effective disposal of customer’s complaints and inquiries
15. Ensure that the branch premises are kept clean and provide a conducive banking environment to customers

Financial and Operational Discipline:

16. Ensure that branches remain within the allocated budgetary limits
17. Ensure proper daily checking of the bank's activity report of branches, monitoring of Suspense and Sundry Ledgers and reconciliation of accounts in line with prudential regulations of branches
18. Coordination with the sales team to ensure data cleansing & data enrichment exercises is being conducted and records is being updated
19. Ensure to keep branches within the allocated limit of Cash on Hand

ATM Monitoring:

20. To ensure ATMs are operational 24/7 and to keep ATM downtime to the minimum possible level of Staff Training & Branch Visits:
21. Periodical visits of at least 7 branches of the Region in a month and perform an inspection of the branch as per the provided checklist
22. Ensure that all ASMs visit branches as per the schedule and perform the visit checklist on the portal
23. Review of ADM's branch visit reports for rectification & corrective measures on identified gaps
24. Training and grooming of all staff of the branch
25. Ensure punctuality, observance, and dress code and timings in branches
26. Identification of shortage of staff and marking efforts to fill this in branches

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Administration of SIEM solution and other SOC tools.
  2. Perform threat management, and threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring, and manage Incident response with all required tools and defined roles
  3. Mentor and guide the SOC team and perform knowledge transfer to other teams as required
  4. Integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM
  5. Evaluate existing SIEM rules, filters, events, and use cases and adapt to meet the business requirements
