Job Role and Duties:

  1. Liaison with SECP, Registrar Joint Stock Companies, Stock Exchanges, CDC, State Bank of Pakistan, arrangement of BOD and ARM meetings, preparation and maintenance of resolution.
  2. Assist in the coordination of annual audit and half year review activities of external auditors.
  3. To ensure timely execution and completion of all planned activities under external audit.
  4. Maintenance of statutory registers.
  5. Filling of annual return.
  6. Holding various statutory records (for example, statutory registers, minutes of members meetings and contracts for the purchase of own shares) and making them available for inspection where required.
  7. Organizing and coordinating meetings of directors, members and committees, including: preparing agendas, preparation and circulation of board packs and members' resolutions paperwork
  8. Prepare, circulate and maintain records of Minutes of Meetings.
  9. Maintain all documents pertaining to COCG and liaison with external auditors for its certification
  10. Handling, maintenance of dividend register. Ensuring the proper deduction of applicable Zakat and income taxes.
  11. Submission of monthly returns to SBP, SRB and PRA. 
  12. Coordinate with external auditor to comply with certification of Free float and R/TA reconciliation and the same is submitted to Stock Exchange and CDC respectively.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate Degree: ACA / ACCA Member , MBA in finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in case of ACA or ACCA

  • Overall 7+ years of market experience. B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, Software Industry. Preference will be given to the candidate from HR Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Delivery and Management: Ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple IT projects involving Salesforce, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Formulate project management strategies in line with Company's objectives.
  2. Salesforce Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, Apex and other Salesforce development tools, to provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams. Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is highly desirable.
  3. Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and lead Salesforce development teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  4. Client Technical POC: Act as the primary technical liaison with clients for Salesforce-related projects, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client needs are fulfilled.
  5. Quality Assurance: Uphold Companys commitment to high-quality development practices within Salesforce projects, ensuring deliverables meet our rigorous standards.
  6. Operational Management and Resource Strategy: Manage daily operations, aligning resources and clients for smooth project execution. Develop strategies for team allocation and manage the resource bench for project agility.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Salesforce development.
  • Proven track record of managing Salesforce development projects to successful completion.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex programming and familiarity with Salesforce development environments.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to foster team development and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Developer) are a plus.

Bonus: Salesforce Solution Architect background.
